Reserve your scan date with a 50% deposit on the Scan-to-BIM Lite base package. Once your deposit is received, a 360this representative will be in contact to confirm your scan time and site location. The remaining balance, plus any corrections or adjustments to the final invoice based on verified scope, will be due upon delivery of your project files.

Final invoice includes:

Remaining 50% balance ($1,750)
Any add-ons selected at booking (CAD export, annual hosting, rush delivery, overnight stay)
Additional floor charges if applicable, billed per square foot at $0.18/sqft up to 2,000 sqft, $0.14/sqft up to 5,000 sqft, $0.10/sqft beyond — plus $500 modeling fee per additional floor
Travel fee of $0.75/mile round trip for projects beyond 100 miles from Chantilly, VA, plus $200/night if an overnight stay is required

Cancellation policy: Late cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable. Your deposit is held as a credit toward any future 360this project with no expiration.

Deposit
All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of checkout. This deposit reserves your scan date and is applied in full toward your final invoice. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your project files.

Cancellations — 48 hours or more before scan date
If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled scan date, your deposit will be held as a credit on your 360this account. This credit never expires and can be applied to any future 360this project — same service or different.

Cancellations — less than 48 hours before scan date
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled scan date are non-refundable. Your deposit will be held as a credit toward any future 360this project with no expiration. No cash or card refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

After the scan has been completed
Once a site scan has been conducted, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If scope changes are identified after the scan, a revised invoice will be issued for the balance based on verified project conditions. Any adjustments will be communicated before the balance is due.

Hosted deliverablesFor projects that include annual hosting, access links remain active for 12 months from the delivery date. Hosting fees are non-refundable once the access link has been activated. Files are retained for 30 days following the expiration or cancellation of hosting before permanent deletion. 360this bears no liability for data loss after this 30-day window.

Travel fees
Travel fees charged for projects beyond the 100-mile radius of Chantilly, VA are non-refundable once mobilization has occurred — meaning once 360this has departed for the project site.

Scope adjustments
Final invoices are based on verified square footage and scope confirmed after the scan. If actual scope exceeds the package selected at booking, a revised balance invoice will be issued prior to file delivery. Clients will not be charged without advance notice and agreement.

To cancel or reschedule your scan date, contact us at josh@360this.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and preferred new date if rescheduling.
